Elephant Walk is an excellent restaurant in every respect. The food is delicious and a welcome alternative to traditional Indian food. The staff are extremely polite and eager to please and we always enjoy our visits there. Service is not the quickest that I have experienced, but not slow either. The food is extremely fresh and so I prefer the fact that they take longer to cook it rather than bunging it in the microwave. Would recommend this restaurant to those who want an enjoyable, relaxed evening trying different dishes at good prices.

Some in Susana Chan's group were very rude to our staff They came in two groups with an interval of about 20 minutes. The first group ordered a bottle of wine with various other drinks. The second group also did the same. The wines were on the order pad and we saw there were two bottles of wine on the long table. End of the night, drinks had gone into some of the agressive ones heads, they were arguing that they had only one bottle of wine and refuced to pay. We insisted on the payment, they left with out paying for the bottle, this is what happened. How to know rude people? we would certainly stop them at the door.
We wish you a Merry x'mas & a Happy New Year.

I visited this restaurant with a group of friends for a birthday party and the service could not be worse! The wrong food came out for a couple of the guests and the waiters were clumsy and forgetful, spilling wine all over the table. The food was mediocre, most of the dishes were bland.

In the end we were accused by the manager of stealing a bottle of wine which we ordered but never came out! Probably my worst dining experience this year. The whole group of us will never go back to Elephant Walk, ever.

I was visiting London from Toronto,Canada when a friend recommended Elephant Walk.Since I was missing some home cooked food I thought why not give it a try.The location was great as it was a walk away from the Subway(or underground). The restaurant it self was in my opinion well decorated w/warm colours. The music was not too loud and the atmosphere itself was very pleasant. The food was AMAZING!!!!I ordered the devilled chicken&rice(Celebration or something)&loved it.By the end of the night the owner (Kannan) actually came up to ask us how our meal was which I thought was very nice as no one in Toronto has done that before.I wished there was an Elephant Walk in Toronto!!!!
