Talented Swiss-born chef Michael Riemenschneider needed more space than his previous 20 cover Marylebone restaurant could provide, thanks to the huge popularity of his concept tasting menu. At Canvas you choose your own bespoke tasting menu from the 16 that are on offer each service, with the size depending on the number of courses selected in total.
Mouth-watering dishes from the menu include 'Langoustine, Pearl Barley, Veal, Jus Crustace' and 'Lamb Roast & Stewed, Porridge, Olives.
