Zhi Noo

Went here with my partner for dinner. Had never been and he said he'd been past several times and it had been full. Was quite busy but was seated immediately. They didn't have enough menus so my partner and I had to share one. The starter we ordered took forever (even though it was a salad so no cooking involved) and when it finally came, was missing the feta cheese.

The worrying thing I noticed whilst seated was the waitress going to a deep freezer at the back of the shop and taking out plastic containers which looked as though they were meals. This put me off straight away as if I wanted frozen food warmed up, I would have gone to Iceland and bought a take-away.

Overall, the food was bland, service slow and I would not recommend it to anyone else. A very disappointing visit.

I had a family meal here a while ago. I had chosen the restaurant mainly because of its proximity to where I live so was prepared to compromise on the food quality, a little. I soon realised that there was no need for any form of compromise as the food quality was excellent and the quiet atmosphere actually quite absorbing. I remember the prices as being very good and certainly intend to go back.
