The menu is very small so I had high expectations that each dish would be really delicious.
I had the swordfish carpaccio which was very bland and cut far too thick - it was actually a bit rubbery. I then had the beef carpaccio - it was alright but not certainly not as delicious as I had anticipated. The other diners were happy with their burrata and their pasta dishes so I guess I should have stuck with those.
Casa Frattini is a tiny, but very charming Italian restaurant hidden away behind green curtains on Chepstow Road. It's cosy and intimate and the food is very good. They are able to take private parties of up to 28 people.
