This is definately one of the best Italian resteraunts in London.
With the food so elegant and mouthwatering, I would love to come again and again.
The food and service is worth every penny, please TRY.
Highly reccomended! :D

Have visited Blades many times and have always found the staff and atmosphere great. You are always made to feel welcome and staff even provided an impromptu birthday surprise for my father with no prior warning. The food is excellent. Highly recommend Blades

I discovered Blades the other night and decided to give it a try... The decor is “nice”, if not a bit overcrowded, and the Italian waiter very kind. Unfortunately, the food is bad, or as my mum would say, not my taste.
Yes, the ingredients are not the same as in Italy, but there is no excuse for the lack of taste and the over use of salt. The Bruschetta with sundried tomatoes and mozzarella was very poor and don’t do anything else but stuff you. The poor aubergines al forno were tasteless and the so called “Italian" sausages didn’t taste of anything but salt... at least the water was good! Worse, were the vegetables that are coming with the main courses: How difficult is it to cook fresh vegetables? Frozen, over boiled green beans and sautées potatoes that looked and tasted refried, did not encourage me to try the puddings.
I will not be going back and would not recommend to any of my friends. Gordon Ramsay should pay the chef and the team a visit!
