Carluccio's

We ate here, 3 kids, 3 adults, and I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. Given that it is right inside St.Pancras, the service could have been awful (you know, waiters/esses simply too bored of tourists to offer any kind of enthusiasm) - but, our waiter and waitress could not have been more charming! The Gavi wine was crisp and refreshing, the food good enough to ensure you don't argue about the bill. I'm not saying this is the best Italian in London, but if you are in and around St.Pancras/Kings Cross, you could do a lot worse. Eat 'outside' on the 'terrace' overlooking the trains, enjoy people watching, and (this is important) relax! Let the other commuters and travellers take the strain :^) whilst you sip your wine and enjoy the pasta!
