Dated 15/09/2011 time 6:30 Unexpectedly going to Mediterraneo Pizzeria & Restautant was really horrible with poor! poor!! costumer service .No attention of costumer's on the door ,No greetings like how are you ?Stater we took it came after 20 min.We complained to the waitress(Women with untighten hair) about the food inwhich we found small baby spider on mussel's we had but she replied directly that the spider fell from the roof instead of apologizing to us she was answering in rude manner, No words of sorry at all which really made us disappointed (No use of 6 R's). No HOW question like how is your meal ? No order of second drinks.With poor costumer service there was service charge as well which was ridiculous.I'm never ever going to eat over there which makes your whole dinner such a ****.

I am terribly sorry for your experience at Mediterraneo. You have reported outrageous behaviour and low standard of service from my working team, thus on behalf of my staff I would like to apologise. This matter has been raised to the staff, including the waitress in name, and would like to think the issue has been resolved. I urge you to please make another attempt at dining wish us and talk to me personally if you wish to further discuss the matter. I am always looking for ways to improve the business but it seems I am failing on the obvious, so I appreciate your reviews and thoughts, this way I know what is going wrong and were my attention is most needed. As for the service charge, in reality if the service lacked than paying for this should be challenged. Service charge is 'for the service', so I am in regret of your whole experience.
