Carluccio's

I had lunch there this week and the meal was tasty and good value. However, when I used the ladies' toilet after the meal, a female chef came in, used the loo and walked out of the toilet and into the kitchen without washing her hands. Maybe she washed them later in the kitchen - who knows. But if the chefs at a restaurant don't seem that bothered about observing, or being seen to observe, normal personal hygiene standards, it is a rather worrying sign for customers. So I might hesitate about going to this restaurant again.
