my wife and i have been to Dinos 3 times, once with our 2 daughters, and have always enjoyed the expierience. The staff were freindly and polite and the boss (Dino?)has come over and made ajoke every time.We have always enjoyed the food and wine!We found the prices very reasonable, and as we come from the Isle of Man,we often go out of our way to visit. We,ll be back the next time we are in London!

Chose this place (3 of us, 2 small buggies) as it looked friendly, lots of space and already children inside. Couldn't have been more wrong. From the start it was obvious that the waiter thought we were a massive inconvenience, even though we instantly offered to fold up our bugs, which were lightweight things, not giant perambulators. He was short with us,saying "well I don't know where we're going to put those, no you can't put it there, not there.." (should have left then..) Things went steeply downhill thereafter. One baby was asleep, the other sat quietly playing with sugar packets (as they do..) which we dutifully popped back in. When waiter came over, he sighed aggressively and made a slightly-disgusted face more suited to having smashed 5 glasses. Took our order, (no politeness,no frills, no thank yous) then came over a moment later, wordlessly snatched the sugar bowl and banged it on the table next to us(!!). Kids were so well behaved, they didn't yell, shout, run around or bother any other customers- this obviously wasn't enough. I just thought it was sad, two pretty little girls (1 and a half years both of them),could have waved, said hello, been remotely polite... instead he was abrupt, also just flinging our food down infront of us. Then they added on a service charge. Guess what we did next....
The thing is, I don't really think it matters what your customers or their children do, even if we had spilt things/broken etc, unless we were signinficantly upsetting other customers, I somehow assumed that a restaurant had a kind of duty to be accommodating and pleasant! Another overpriced let-down London Restaurant. Should have gone to starbucks across the road..and that's saying something.
