Theo’s Simple Italian is located within The Hotel Indigo® London Kensington Earl’s Court, situated in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
The 54 cover restaurant is open all day, serving a classic rustic Italian menu by acclaimed chef Theo Randall (Executive Chef).
Theo is passionate about Italian food and his new restaurant in the Hotel Indigo Kensington will celebrate the best of casual Italian dining, using top quality ingredients and perfectly balanced flavour combinations.
Head Chef William Leoni and his brigade will work closely alongside Theo to serve simple and authentic Italian dishes throughout breakfast, lunch, teatime and supper.
Dishes will include; Papardelle Oxtail Ragout; Sirloin Steak on the bone with rainbow chard; Wild Seabass with potatoes, fennel, capers & olives and Pan fried Salmon with courgette and pearl barley salad.
