Sorry to say but we were horribly disappointed with this restaurant and do not recommend it. We had planned a nice lunch out with parent and family friends- we were seated upstairs and frankly it was a cramped space and table for 5 people. The wine was very over-priced, bread stale and the worst part was that they brought our mains out with no vegetables and said that the side orders would be another five minutes. Clearly this was no ideal and they did nothing more then a half-hearted sorry, 'the chef is really busy'! Ridiculous when you have one job to get to right. Two people in our party almost got locked in the toilet as well- apparantly this mal-functioning lock had also been overlooked.
They then asked if we wanted to put a gratiuity on. Really shocking service. I assume that they rely on one-time trade being close to west-end theatres but it is inexcusable that they should have such a casual atttiude to customers who are paying for a decent lunch. I do not recommend this restaurant and will not be going back again.

We ate at this restaurant on an evening - we were in a hurry as we had a train to catch! The waiter was superb ensuring we were able to eat in good time to leave ... lovely, friendly staff, the food was excellent. We had the pork medallions and the Mushroom pasta with green salad and olives. Delicious food, well served, hot and with pleasant banter - couldn't ask for more! Highly recommended ... visit them - we shall next time we're in London

I can't believe people are unhappy with this restaurant. I found the service fantastic and the food faultless. Having indulged in many Italian restaurant, I would be happy to recommend this to any of my friends back in Naples

A lunchtime visit left us distinctly unimpressed with this establishment. The food was no better than adequate, though many plates came to table after having obviously been left standing in the kitchen long enough for sauces to start to congeal, and my order of a specific vegetable side dish, at a cost of a few pounds, translated into two pieces of courgette (comprising possibly one third of a smallish specimen) served from a communal dish, the rest disappearing to elsehwere on the table together with a muttered comment that did not appear polite in tone and was delivered in Italian. The worst aspect however was undoubtedly the truly awful service; a waiter who argued with customers who wish

This is possibly the worst dining experience I have ever had in London. The quality of the food was not great and the service merely passable but the main concern was hygiene. I saw a member of staff sneeze over a tray of full sugar bowls and mints and then continue his work without washing his hands. Another member of staff blew his nose and continued to serve customers without washing his hands. A third member of staff ate mints from a bowl, licked her fingers and then continued to serve. When I pointed out my concerns to the manager, he seemed to be very unconcerned. Although centrally placed and with a menu that has great promise, I will never eat in the restaurant again.
