Kappa

Since moving over from San Francisco, I've tried various Asian restaurants, and Kappa has become my favorite. The sushi is good, and I have had all of their mains and will have them all again. I especially liked the crispy pork belly. The staff is attentive and friendly.

We went for a local bite and were pleasantly suprised by the quality and taste of this sushi! Every roll was yummy. For starters we had the seared ahi tuna and highly recommend this dish. All the rolls, sashimi, and sushi were perfectly prepared. The couple that I went with decided that they no longer needed to splurge for Nobu since this was just as good. The atmosphere is simple and clean with classic japonise organic decor. It's mid-size and doesn't offer much more than a clean and modern decor to the atmosphere. The prices were fair and we were very satisfied.
