The only reason to visit this restaurant is for the dim sum, which is good and reasonably priced. The same can't be said for the rest of the menu. I had the worst phad thai I have ever eaten in my life - gloopy noodles that had obviously been sitting in a pot all day, with a few peanuts, beansprouts and prawns chucked on top. £8.95 for the privilege. Soups were generally tasteless and at £4.85 the white chocolate cheesecake was a plastic-tasting travesty.

Excellent place. Food is excellent, and so is the price. There is a lot of expensive rubbish in London. This place is a gem. Can't recommened it highly enough!!

We went to Dim T on Gloucester Road this weekend. Although we were looking forward to some dim sum, we left after less than a minute. The place was a TIP, uncleared tables, food all over the floor and overall filthy. If the main body of the restaurant looked like that god knows what state the kichen was in! I don't know how they expect to attract & keep business if they can't be bothered to keep the place clean. Shame.

Went to Dim T Friday evening and was overall quite disappointed. The service was friendly and attentive, but bordering on annoying.
The Dim Sum (steamed) was delicious, but the cocktails were made from concentrate with no water so sweet and sickly.
My main course (healthy noodles with tofu) was horrible. Very oily and salty with some kind of artificial flavouring - I think msg or similar.
Price wise it was on the cheaper end for that area, and the loos were clean, but definitely wouldnt go back.
