Food excellent, service impeccable.
The only off putting thing was, they allow dogs in the main restaurant. Very bad when there’s more than one dog sniffing around. Only service dogs should be allowed inside the restaurant. Other that the customer service was on point.

I am surprised with these comments as I have always had fantastic customer service at Bluebelles. The food is fresh and delicious and it is always busy in here. I highly recommend and the staff take pride in all they do the caravan coffee is great 2

Whilst the porridge in this restaurant is wonderful, the customer service is dire. Staff deliberately avoid eye contact, they don't make you feel welcome, it feels like customers being there is an imposition on their gossip time. I have given this several tries incase it was an off day (and because of the porridge), but it never improves. Staff here have no customer service skills and no concept that without customers they will have no job. Put the customer first and notice them and their needs.

Very disappointed, my particular dish was presented awfully and tasted even worse, when asking for it to be taken away to not seem rude about not eating it, it was all shoved into a paper cup. Staff not exactly friendly or welcoming, will not be back
