A restaurant well worth visiting - fab food, great atmosphere, reasonably priced and very attentive waitresses. They will always try their best to accommodate your needs. Highly recommended!

Lovely food! Lovely atmosphere! Reasonably priced! :) Highly recommended! Even the House Wine was decent which is a rareity these days, most places fob you off with paint stripper! Only down side I would say was the dessert which seemed to be pre-packaged... a nice homemade tiramisu would have been nicer, but everything else was delicious :)

Verona opened in September 2008, just in time for the recession. We watched them work on it for weeks before it opened, and a lot of effort went into creating a homely, warm and authentic Italian restaurant.

We're now fairly regular visitors. The food is reliably good and they have some good wines on the list. The mid-week deals, when they are on offer, are very good value, we've sometimes just dropped in on the way home from work and had a nice meal with a bottle of wine for two for under £30 - amazing value. If you want something on the menu adapted in some way they will always try to help - which shows nothing is pre-prepared. Violetta the waitress is lovely, and always makes everyone feel very welcome.

Sometimes there aren't many people in which is a great shame, but the food makes up for it. Thoroughly recommended.

I went to Verona with my boyfriend for lunch. The restaurant has a very rustic authentic italian atmosphere, the only thing I didn't like was the restaurant is smaller than I had expected. I had ordered Hawaiian style pizza, which was very well made. I would definitly recommend it to anyone who loves Italian food.
