Basilico

I ordered a large order of pizzas on behalf of my work, all the pizzas arrived and looked the same as the photos, except 1. This pizza only had 3 ingredients (one being cheese) and the cheese was missing. We called right away to inform them of this, and the person I spoke to was very defensive, insisting over and over there was cheese on the pizza. I said I would send him a photo (which I did). Afterwards he continued to argue with me. I told him all the other pizzas they sent were eaten in under 3 minutes, while this pizza was not even half eaten. A few people tried it and said they couldn't taste any cheese and said the pizza was bland. There were a few points where we thought we saw cheese, but this was just the crust bloating. The restaurant called me back and the man I spoke to just seemed to want to argue about it rather than rectify the situation. We are extremely disappointed with the pizza and with the customer service. Beware.
