Oh La La Pizza

My daughter ordered two pizzas. No pizza after over an hour so I phoned shop and spoke to the manager who was both rude and unhelpful. Explained order was made 75 minutes earlier, no pizza or sign of delivery. Manager told me it would be with me in two minutes and if I was unhappy to take it up with a Hungry House who order was made through so we waited but still no pizza. I phoned Hungry House who told me they would speak to shop in attempt to resolve problem and would ring me back. Pizza arrived cold and was not pizza ordered. One hour later no call from Hungry House so called them. Manager at Oh la la claimed I'd been racially abusive and that delivery arrived 40 minutes earlier than I stated. Hungry House could not explain why their staff had not phoned me back. I offered to return pizzas as they had not been touched due to condition they arrived in. Eventually I got a refund. Oh la la provided terrible food, were rude to this customer and I will never buy from them again.
