Gino’s Pizzeria (prior brand and owners) was class. This place is a disgrace.
Avoid avoid avoid like the plaque! Food was not great but the service....oh my god ‘shocking’ doesn’t even describe it. The worst experience ever (customer service wise) in 15 years I’ve been in London! WE GOT KICKED OUT AFTER SPENDING AS MUCH AS WE COULD ON “EAT OUT TO HELP OUT” day. Perhaps here it should be called “Eat out to get kicked out”.

We were a party of 2 - we had starters, 2 pizzas, 3 rounds of drinks (alcoholic - wine and aperol spritz), dessert, one coffee and wine at the end. This went over 90mins. The bill was around £70 (with the 50% food discount!)
The manager (a guy) comes by our table and says “you need to go I have people waiting!!!!” While he brings me coffee and dessert but does not bring wine to my guest. My guest says “please can I have my wine which i ordered 20mins ago” - he “says no you need to go, i needed you to leave within one hour because I have people waiting!!!”. SHOCKING!!! Disgraceful. People like this who know nothing about customer service or hospitality or running a restaurant really should be NOT getting any help by the government!
