We were stuck hungry, on the Kings Road and stumbled across Tugga. A great find! Very innovative cocktail list, and very tasty (I had four), and the food was delicious – a fresh take on the usually boring Portuguese dishes I have tried in other restaurants. Try the Octopus Carpaccio – refreshingly zingy.

I dont like writing bad reviews but this restaurant really has got to learn that it cant treat people in the way it did us and expect to be a success.
We were treated in the rudest and most arrogant manner any of us have ever experienced before We were so angry and shocked at the attitude and general bad service of this awful place that we walked out without having dinner. Our drinks didnt arrive after 30 mins The waitress blatantly thought she was too smart to be a waitress, looked down her nose and tried to make us feel that we were very lucky to be there. Successful restaurants that try to be cool always have excellent service with good food If I were the owner I'd be very worried!
