Our USP - Unique Selling Proposition
"The new menu represents Chef Pous' interpretation of what Asian-influenced Cuban food would be today if Cubans had been able to innovate and evolve their cuisine over the past 50 years"

About: For global travellers with a cultured palate and a love of variety, Asia de Cuba at St Martins Lane London is a destination restaurant with a whimsical, enchanting interior design and a must-taste fusion philosophy. Cuban-born executive concept chef Luis Pous enhances Jeffrey Chodorow’s original culinary vision with experimental combinations and a new twist on old favourites. Inspired by the cultural synthesis of old Havana’s Chinatown, Pous interprets Asian-influenced Cuban fare for a modern crowd and a discerning palate.

Reflecting the same authentic preparations, tropical accents and sharing-style presentation, Asia de Cuba is a chic dining sanctuary. Loved by guests and food critics alike, the menu is full of fresh ingredients, handcrafted dishes and eye-catching interiors that make for an unforgettable dining experience with surprising cultural flavours.

For a taste of the tropics, join us at our ceviche counter at the Asia de Cuba bar to enjoy fresh ceviche paired with our delicious rum cocktails.

Our pick of restaurants to go to if you're single
While other fashionable restaurants have arrived since Asia de Cuba opened in 1999, beautiful people still flock here to see and be seen. The interior has been designed by Philippe Starck, and the menu fuses Latin and Asian food, but the atmosphere is more about socialising than eating.

I was in "Asia de Cuba" many times and always enjoyed it. Prices are quite high but food and service are worth it for sure.

We went for the Bento Box offer, the staff were rude, the food wasn't worth the money and when we didn't pay the 15% optional service charge, they didn't even have the decency to come and ask what problems we had - awful.
It seems the offer is to get people in the restaurat, rather than trying to entice you to go back to select from the full menu - I will not be going back.
On a positive note the edamame was great.
