Absolute joke. Booked a table for valentine's, to find that 24hrs after i booked it, it closed down. had to call its sister restaurant, the Kew Grill, to find this out.

When I asked if it had crossed anyones mind to call people that had booked, I was told no, and that I should count myself lucky, as plenty of people were going to show up and find the place closed!

AWT needs to know that I will NEVER visit any of his establishments again. Even for free. Very shoddy customer service.

I had been to this restaurant before, thats why I booked valentines. I liked my previous visit.

We booked a table well in advance but still had to wait about 20 mins to be seated.

We asked if we could order 3 times to 3 different people before our order was taken by an over apologetic waiter.

The food was quite nice, but not excellent.

The bill comes with a 12.5% service charge added - we paid for the food only.

Not a great experience, but with the location, the AWT name and the price I expected more.

Nice decor, poor service, food poor and over priced.

I had the matured Aberdeen Angus ribeye. Well cooked, but unfortunately somewhere in the cooking process 'chef' had managed to completely extract the flavour.

My partner ordered the 100 day old chicken, which actually turned out to be some kind of sloppy stir-fry. The chicken was burned and any flavour that it might have had was completely masked by the masses of garlic - it was inedible.

My complaint about the food had obviously upset the staff and having waited for a further 30 minutes to order our desert without success, we decided to leave.

I think 'Wozza' needs to spend a little time in his restaurant and sort it out.
