had dinner at darbucka for a group of 7, the heating wasnt working on a day it was minus 4 outside. waitress was very slow, despite the fact we were the only customers at the time. food ok but not worth the £25 per person set menu. we then headed to the bar where i had reserved an area for 10-15 however we were told we did not have a booking (i had previously recieved confirmation on the phone and email) the staff and rude and arrogant and refused to listen and instead were quite aggressive and kept moving us..this is after we spent over £200 on food and then buying drinks costing over £500 at the bar. the venue and decor are nice and its a shame this is ruined by the attitude of staff working there. we were there for a special occassion and they put a real dampner on the evening and i do not recommend anyone to go there unless you want to be insulted by arrogant staff with no customer service skills

This place is really great and alot of fun. The music is really good aswell. The only downfall would be their staff and services. Also the place gets really crowded downstairs on saturday nights and you can hardly have space to dance.
