cont,,,,,,after those comments we were reluctant to pay for anything!!! and dont think we were wrong, he then walked away, wouldnt speak to us about this , we grew tired of waiting for him to come back and went to walk out. He then grabbed my friends arm !! and threatened us by saying ' i know people , i know where you work , youll be sorry at which point the canaray wharf security who were fabulous in dealing with this took over. We asked for the head office address and telephone number. he said there was no head office. he gave us a mobile telephone number to call to complain and this was not acceptable either. This is the worst eating out experience i have ever had !!

After being a regular customer for a long time i would not go back to this restaurant. I was there on Saturday with 5 friends, (3 couples so not a rowdy crowd) the food that was served was sent back, we told the waiter to get the manager, When he came over we complained about the untouched food on our plates and agreed to pay for starters and drinks, The manager had a horrible smirk on his face and did not apologise about it, When he came back over I commented that he should have said sorry for the bad quality of food. He then started a torrent of abuse at us. Some of the comments he made were ' OH YOU ARE FOOD EXPERTS ARE YOU' 'IF YOU DONT LIKE IT DONT COME BACK' after those comments c

i have dined at chili's grill and bar and both times,the standard of service we recieved was utterly poor. my partner ordered a steak which for some reason took quite very long and every time we have to wave to our serving waitress and when food finally arrived, there was no expression on waiter's face. to our surprise steak which my partner ordered wasn't grilled properly(when looked inside seems like haven't been cooked at all).
my beer wasn't obviously cold for some magical reasons. finally we made up ous mind to leave without eating. the whole experience at chili's has left me and my partner totally gutted and we SWEAR never ever step inside into chili's as long as we live in lon
