Stumbled across La Plaza while shopping in Portobello Rd with my wife who happens to be Spanish.
It's a small but very authentic slice of Spain. Looks just like a Tapas bar you'd find in Madrid. The choice of wines was excellent and the pre-tapas bread was delicious.
We went for assorted tapas and they were a bit hit and miss. The hits included the mussles, pimientos de padron and white bait. The biggest selling point for me though was the atmosphere. All the staff were Spanish and the open kitchen added to the buzz as the staff did their best to keep the food coming.
Will definatley be heading back.
