Excellent neighbourhood restaurant serving rustic and classic spanish dishes. If you like meat, then the barbequed lamb is a must. The tapas are good but the restaurant is best known for the larger main courses. And for something quite different, ask the waiter for a jug of the 'white' sangria, something i found in Spain but never could in London, until I found El Prado. Just the thing for summer evenings !!!!
El Prado serves Spanish food where the emphasis is on large dishes rather than tapas, although this is available as well. There is a wide selection of set menus that are on offer both at lunchtime and during the evening. They can cater for private parties of up to 35 people and also have live music.
