Thai City Restaurant

I went to the restaurant today and was very disappointed by the food. The food was terrible and I would not feed that rubbish to my dog. The service was also bad the waitress, seemed like she did't want to be there. The food was over priced and how can you have a Thai restaurant which does not serve egg noodles or Wong tong. Avoid the dim sum at all costs, it looks and tastes very slimy. Overall the food had was very bland.

the new service is brilliant, food is served on time. if you eat and know thai food i think you should give a try!!!!!

Thai City Restaurant is excellent. If you enjoy thai food I would recommend this restaurant for not only authentic cusine but friendly and attentive service. The food was delicious especially if you enjoy sea food. The platters are reasonably priced and there is a wide choice of dishes all served with a friendly smile. The waiters are very friendly and all over dining at the Thai City was a pleasure and we will certainly come again! If you like thai food and are in Hammersmith this is the place to come! The service my partner and l received when we came to dinner a few months ago was below average, l'll say a zero; both waiters were not attentive to our table,never asked if everything was alright each time a course was served, they never smiled, our used glasses were left on the table.
l then decided to have a word with the head waiter, simply saying we had't felt it was an overall good service, his reaction was to ignore me at first and then started raising his voice at me, defending the appalling service they had given.l could not believe anyone in his right mind would prefer to be rude and give an extremely bad attitude to a customer.lndeed,it was the worst experience of my entire lif
