I found a hair in my food. When i took the food back, the staff were not apologetic, didn't want to help me, they've been very rude to me. Told me to talk to the owner next door, didn't want to call him or take me there. When i asked how the owner looks like, they told me "the owner looks like human".
The owner wasn't very helpful either. Could not understand why i was upset. In the end he made food for me, but after long conversation and a lot of explanation. Didn't believed that there was a hair in my food, was laughing.
I will never go there again, and none of my family members, friends or colleagues either. Terrible experience
