Where: Slomo Sauna
Rob da Bank is the DJ best known for creating the much loved, sadly defunct music festival Bestival, but he's now turning his hand to wellness in the form of a Scandinavian-inspired spa called Slomo Sauna. Specifically, it has two wood-fired saunas (just like the ones you find in the Finnish countryside), three cold plunge pools, and an ice tank with seating for six people. You'll find the sauna in King's Cross, so you don't even need to leave the city for a bit of Nordic R&R.
Sauna sessions are communal and last 50 minutes; you also have the option of booking hot yoga, quiet sessions, or to have a special chill out playlist compiled by Rob da Bank himself play in the background.
