Where: The Brasserie of Light
Selfridges have really upped the ante of in-store restaurants with their new eatery The Brasserie of Light.
For this swanky affair they've teamed up with Caprice Holdings, the group behind celeb faves The Ivy, Scott's and Sexy Fish, and Damien Hirst has designed its centrepiece: a sparkling, crystal-encrusted sculpture of a mythical horse so huge it's visible from several streets away. The menu has a focus on health conscious dishes while the cocktail list has novel takes on classics like rhubarb cobbler and English spiced mojito.
