There is no end to baristas' innovations to sway drinkers away from oh-so-passé beer and wine and onto cocktails. GNH Bar, the watering hole that's part of the grand, and rather romnantic Great Northern Hotel by King's Cross, have stepped úp their game with a salmon-infused cocktail, made with vodka, home-smoked salmon, dill, dry vermouth and celery bitters. They say it "transports the drinker to the ocean."
