Drink at a pisco bar

Be transported to Peru (without the jetlag - but maybe the hangover)
This must try is connected to: Ceviche

G&Ts are so last year, (well, the last 40 years) and given that as of 2015 London now has its very own Pisco Sour Week, we’re hereby declaring the Peruvian concoction the capital’s most fashionable drink.

The clear, brandy-like spirit is made into the refreshing Peruvian national drink pisco sour by adding sugar syrup, lime juice, bitters and foamy egg white. The best place to drink it is at a dedicated pisco bar naturally, such as the basement bar at Andina or at sister restaurant Ceviche, which has the honour of being Europe’s very first bar devoted solely to pisco.
