Famous chef Tom Aikens is opening a new branch of Tom's Kitchen, on a ship!
The HMS Belfast has been around since WWII, and is moored near the Tower of London. The deli has seating for over 40 people, but more exciting is the rooftop (or should that be shiptop?) bar with views of the Thames and the Shard. The bar opens till late, with sharing boards of charcuterie, chutneys, plump olives and giant salted corn.
