Eat bubblewrap (the edible sort)

Better than cardboard

Where: Bubblewrap

The latest foodie trend to come from the Far East is bubblewrap, but it has nothing to do with the plastic packaging that's so satisfying to pop. This edible variety is made from batter that's been cooked in a special waffle maker to give it a bubbly appearance. The batter is then wrapped in a cone and filled with all sorts of gloopy treats, including vanilla gelato, Oreos, nutella and salted caramel. The first Bubblewrap shop is on Wardour Street, easy to find by following the lengthy queue through Chinatown.
