Every Christmas food outlets outdo each other with festive foods, whether gin-filled mince pies or Xmas sarnies with turkey and cranberry pickle. This year bakery Bread Ahead are introducing the Christmas pudding doughnut, made with gingerbread and a cinnamon sugar dusting. While Bread Ahead began as a humble food stall in Borough Market, they now boast 20 sites, including one in Mayfair which has seating for 50 people, is open all day and serves breakfast and lunch dishes like scrambled eggs with salmon as well as their well known baked goods.
