Eat sushi with the Royals

You're in good company at Kouzu
This must try is connected to: Kouzu

This Japanese restaurant has got pedigree, and not just because Stephanie of Monaco dined here within the first two weeks of it opening. The chef is Kyoichi Kai, one of the chefs who helped found Zuma, it’s located within a stunning Grade II-listed building off Buckingham Palace Road, and on the night we attended restaurateur Alan Yau was sat at the mezzanine sushi bar with two of his chefs on his second visit, no less.

... and we haven’t even got to the food yet, which is nothing short of spectacular – fantastically cooked rosy pink lamb chops with spicy miso, fatty chutoro tuna nigiri, melt-in-the-mouth yellowfin tuna with yuzu dressing, and sumptuous desserts like dacquoise with fig jam and salted caramel.
