Getting through the doors of private members’ clubs isn’t the easiest thing when you don’t happen to have a wallet full of membership cars, which is why when they open their doors up to the rabble; it’s best to make the most of it.
One opening we’re particularly excited about is the new Friday night jazz sessions at The Piano Bar in Soho. All you need to do to ensure entrance (and look like the don of Soho to those who still think it’s member’s only) is pay £5 in advance for tickets, head down from 6.30pm and enjoy the sounds of the excellent in-house trio.
