Where: Royal College of Nursing Library and Heritage Centre, 20 Cavendish Square W1G 0RN
This archive near Oxford Street is home to the largest nursing-specific collection of materials in Europe. It contains both online resources and books which can be borrowed by members of the Royal College of Nursing, and it's also possible to search for nursing ancestors, since they've digitised the records of over 1.5 million nurses who trained and worked in the UK and Ireland.
They also host events covering things as varied as lectures on the history of sexual violence and nursing, women's rights as it relates to the profession, death cafes, and exhibitions on diversity and nursing during wartime.
