Forget Strictly Come Dancing, what you want is head down to Spitalfields and indulge in an amazing Tea Dance session. Held on the last Wednesday of every month between April and September, the tea dances are open to folk of all abilities who just fancy a cuppa and a fun afternoon. All you have to do is show up at Crispin Place with your dancing shoes and have fun. There’ll even be the New Covent Garden Dance Orchestra playing so you can get your foxtrot, quickstep and even cha cha cha on.
