Learn to ride a bike at London's only velodrome

The stablizers can come off
This must try is connected to: The Lee Valley VeloPark

This huge 6000 seat velodrome was built for the 2012 Olympics, but it remains as the place with everything for cyclists and wannabe bike riders alike. If you can't ride they'll teach you how to, and even if you don't own your own bike they'll provide you with one, plus a helmet. There is a BMX track, and a floodlit road circuit that's a mile long. If you're a more adventurous biker the VeloPark has 8 km of mountain bike trails away from traffic.
