Remember the build-a-bear shops that once proliferated in shopping centres? Well Blank Studio is a bit like that, if the bears were blank moulds rather than plush teddy bears, allowing you to customise them with acrylic paint. To paint your own bear, you can join a 90-minute workshops for groups of up to 10 participants, where you'll be shown how to pour layers of liquid paint onto your bear to create abstract patterns. Alternatively if you're looking for something quirky to do on date night, couples can book the studio to have to themselves.
Nestled among a row of artists studios this is Blank Studio's second UK site, the original having opened in Manchester.
