Peckham cements its position as a cultural destination - albeit one that's still a tad difficult to get to if you live north of the river - with the arrival of this seven story centre with a live music venue, auditorium, yoga studio, hair salon and street food eateries. It also has spaces for local artists and independent start ups to work, with a dark room, a ceramic studio and print facilities.
