Taxidermy is on trend at the moment and classes across London are easy to find. However, judging by the bloated beast on display at Forest Hill’s Horniman Museum, the art takes a little practice.
Taking pride of place on the second floor of this excellent museum that is filled with a range of curiosities and natural history, you will find the epic Horniman Walrus, an animal that has been stuffed to within an inch of its (after) life. Admission to the museum is free and laying eyes on this freaky legend is a must.
