At the centre of the Tropical Extravaganza festival is the Princess of Wales Conservatory which will be brimming with thousands of orchids and tropical flowers such as bromeliads and anthuriums.
You may encounter one of our volunteer guides 'roving' in the Princess of Wales Conservatory, who are on hand to answer any questions.
To discover more, you can also take one of our behind-the-scenes Tropical Nursery Tours, or drop in at one of our Hands-on Sessions to find out more about Kew's scientific and conservation work with orchids and see exhibits from Kew's collection.
Kew boasts one of the oldest and most comprehensive orchid collections in the world. The Princess of Wales Conservatory is home to hundreds of brightly coloured orchids.A hot, steamy zone features tropical varieties with showy flowers, and a cooler zone contains species from tropical mountainous regions.
The Tropical Extravaganza sees hundreds more amazing orchids added throughout the conservatory.
