Love LDN

Wordsearch is proud to present Love London, a photographic exhibition showing some of London’s great views uncovered by development and construction. When an old site is cleared to make way for a new building, sometimes what’s left is temporary window to a rarely seen view. Once the new building is under construction, and complete, these sights are lost again.

This project, curated by Wordsearch and shot by renowned photographers Jason Hawkes and Andy Spain shows a selection of some of London’s current and recent big development projects shot from the ground and the air.

Wordsearch is the world’s leading branding and communications agency for real estate and architecture. Wordsearch have worked on branding and marketing for a wide range of projects here and abroad including The Shard, The Leadenhall Building, Broadgate,100 Bishopsgate and most recently, Battersea Power Station. Projects abroad include One World Trade Center, ICC and Taipei 101.
Jason Hawkes has specialised in aerial photography since 1991 and has clocked up thousands of hours in the air across the skies worldwide. His iconic imagery has led to the production of over 50 aerial photographic books for publishers such as BBC, Random House, Dorling Kindersley and Harper Collins. Here we showcase some of his stunning cityscape images including recent night photographs across London.
Andy Spain is a photographer with a unique vision of the architecture and building sector. Andy has created beautiful photography for a wide range of materials including books, magazines, websites and much more.
The continually changing face of London’s is one of the city’s exciting characteristics, and these exciting snapshots of the city are an often unseen benefit of this process.
