What is it that Bob Dylan, Patsy Smith and Jim Morrison have in common with Benjamin Britten? An appreciation for Arthur Rimbaud's poetry for sure. Britten's Les Illuminations, the centrepiece of the evening, is based on one Rimbaud's prose-poems and it is one of the jewels of 20th century classical repertoire.
