Half – Term Unique Creative Animation Workshop

Children ones will explore various exciting art techniques, including voice recordings, photo painting, collage, creating puppets and props which will all contribute to the creation of a final collaborative animation.

A premiere screening will take place at The Lexi Cinema.

Classes are lead by Dora Martinkova who has extensive experience in working with children of various ages, providing creative workshops in the above media, with the aim of enabling new means of expression while teaching invaluable practical skills to those who participate. She founded the Media Club at Malorees Junior School in Autumn 2007. The club’s animations have been shown at six international film festivals and even won Silver Award at ‘Tourfilm Riga’ in 2011.
