10 Days: Young People's Photography Project

This project by the Ben Uri Gallery, follows from the recent acquisition of ‘La Soubrette’ (Waiting Maid) by Chaïm Soutine. The painting inspired thoughts about society and community that led to the development of the ‘10 Days’ Project.

Working with young people in London and San Francisco via social media sites and through photographer led workshops, students from Highgate Wood School, London, the 18A Arts Group London, St. Mary’s School, Buckinghamshire and LVCP School, San Francisco all created photographs that documented their lives over a 10 day period.
