Ruth Joseph's 'Warm Bagels & Apple Strudel' Book Signing and Talk

Ruth Joseph will be talking about her book 'Warm Bagels & Apple Strudel' and signing copies at the Jewish Museum London. Ruth and her daughter will bring dishes from the book, as well as a huge black and white cake. She will tell the story of the history of the cake, and the tin used, as it is over 100 years old and came over with the kinder transport.

As the event coincides with World Jewish Relief's Big Bagel event, Ruth will be selling some of her homemade biscuits with all proceeds going to WJR - a perfect opportunity to enjoy great food and give to charity all in one fantastic event.
