Tai Chi for all ages and levels.
Classes run in courses, but it is often possible to join in the middle of a course, and every class can be tried out (£5) before committing to it.
Tai Chi.
Various different tai chi 'forms' (sets of movements) are taught from beginner to advanced, including competition forms for sword.
James Drewe has been practising tai chi for over 38 years, and has been teaching for 19 years. He is the author of 3 books on tai chi, is a member of the BCCMA, the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain, and the Longfei Taijiquan Association.
