Calling all Irish!

Mind Yourself is very excited to hold a 5 week story telling workshop, which will end with a private performance for the participants on week 5.

Over the course of 4 weeks you'll learn and create a short story, working together as a team to inspire and support each other. On June 4th, you will have the opportunity to perform your work in front of a small private audience of friends and family. To share the fruits of our labour, inspire other people, and leave behind a myth of your own...

Who’s she?
A theatre director and actor who has also facilitated 100s of theatre workshops for companies such as Ambassadors Theatre Group (yep, the people who own the Westend), The Almeida, The Old Vic and others. You might have met her at the Paddies Day Flash Mob which she choreographed. She’s also currently giving birth to The Door to Door Project with Mind Yourself, collecting and documenting Irish stories - of which this is a small part... oh and she’s also a Jackeen!
